Take your teamto the next level.
Sports science that backs your team.
Readiness and training, visualized in numbers. Athletes see where they are and how far they are from their next goal — so they learn to think for themselves and grow on their own. And the whole team sees the same numbers on one screen.
Spreadsheet work worth $5,000 a year* drops to zero.
From about $0.55 per athlete/month (from about $22 per team/month)**
Opening to teams outside Japan soon. No credit card required.
* Based on 4 hours a week × 52 weeks at $25/hour of data collation ($5,200).
** Per athlete: the 100-member plan ($659/year) ÷ 12 months ÷ 100. Per team: the 20-member plan ($269/year) ÷ 12 months.

Sports science for every team.
Athletes who think and act for themselves. A whole team that looks at the same numbers and talks it through. Day by day, that is how a team reaches the next level — and ATHCON brings it to teams with a trainer and teams without one.
Visibility
Readiness and training become numbers you can see, every day.
Coaches, trainers and athletes share a common language: what the numbers mean and what the goals are. So you can act early on injury prevention and plan with purpose.
Three core features help your team improve with data. Four more take care of running the team, from schedules to messages. Select a feature to see the details.

My right calf has felt a bit tight since yesterday's practice.
Thanks for telling me. Let's cut the sprints today — show me before practice.
Got it, thank you.

Three core features that improve your team with data
Readiness monitoring
Spot fatigue before practice starts
Athletes log sleep, fatigue, soreness and more on their phones every day.
Each value is compared with that athlete's own last 28 days (from 7 check-ins), and caution or alert athletes are flagged.
Adjust the load before practice and get an early cue for injury prevention.
When this sounds familiar: You only spot the tired athlete right before the game — or after the injury.
The right intensity for each athlete, consistent quality for the team
Log load and reps for each set and estimated 1RM is calculated automatically.
Prescribe by %1RM, so the same session gives every athlete the right load.
Athletes build their own workout from the coach's template and adjust the weight and reps themselves.
Add your team's own exercises and attach a URL, such as a demo video.
When this sounds familiar: Everyone lifts the same weight — too heavy for some, too light for others.

Performance
Visible progress keeps athletes chasing the next goal
Results appear on athletes' screens as soon as they're recorded, with the change from last time and rank within the team. Before a test, athletes can look back at past records.
Instead of setting aside one session to test and another to give feedback, feedback is done on test day.
Each category gets an S, A or B grade. Set team and personal goals, so athletes see how far they are from the next target.
When this sounds familiar: You run fitness tests, but the results sit untouched in a spreadsheet.

Four features that make running the team easier
Schedule
Everyone works from the same plan
Games, practices and events live in one team calendar.
Add several games at once, and sync with Google Calendar.
Athletes, coaches and staff see the same plan, so there are fewer "what time is it?" messages.
When this sounds familiar: You answer "what time tomorrow?" again and again.

Messages
A team where athletes can easily ask for help
Coaches, trainers and athletes message each other inside the app.
Conversations stay in one place instead of being scattered across personal chat apps.
When this sounds familiar: Messages with athletes are scattered across personal chats and hard to find later.

Practice notes
Putting practice into words builds independent thinkers
Athletes write down what they practiced and what they noticed, and coaches read and reply.
Keeping practice notes helps young athletes organize their own information and see clearly what to do to reach their goals.
You see what each athlete took away — and what to say next.
When this sounds familiar: There's never time to ask each athlete what they took from practice.

Athletes understand the why behind their training
Sports-science reading for athletes, written for each age group: grades 3–4, grades 5–6, junior high and high school.
Athletes learn the reasons behind conditioning and training in words that fit their level.
Reading them builds sports-science knowledge for athletes and coaches alike.

Built around your team: Create your own fitness test items and readiness items to fit your team.
Wellness on paper or in chat apps, training in notebooks, test results in spreadsheets. The team never sees the same numbers, and nothing keeps it going. Most teams hit the same wall.
Half a day lost to spreadsheets every week
Collect paper forms and messages, copy them into a spreadsheet, build charts, share them. That time belongs to team practice.
By the time you notice, it is too late
You spot the fatigued athlete right before the game — or after the injury. Nobody has time to read every athlete's numbers every day.
Records stop, and you cannot look back
Paper logs get skipped, and you cannot compare with the same point last season. Your data never becomes evidence for your coaching.
The team never sees the same picture
Head coach, coaches and athletes each look at different notebooks and screens. Shared understanding never builds, and goals never line up.

With ATHCON, it is all done automatically the moment athletes check in.
0 minutes of collation
You'd like a trainer, but the budget is tight.
Even without a trainer beside your team every day, ATHCON supports the team's daily routine the way a trainer would.
Each athlete is compared with their own last 28 days, and anyone off their normal is flagged as caution or alert.
Set training intensity by %1RM
Estimated 1RM is calculated automatically from each set's load and reps, so %1RM shows the right weight for every athlete.
See growth in numbers
Log fitness test results and see each athlete's change from last time and position within the team automatically.
Compare it with the cost of a visiting trainer.
Change the fee and the number of visits to match your team.

Annual difference

A trainer visiting 4 times a month costs $7,200 a year. ATHCON is $319 a year — a difference of $6,881.
ATHCON is not a substitute for a qualified trainer. Use it as a first step before bringing one in, and to keep an eye on daily changes on the days a trainer isn't there.

Every feature is backed by research.
We do not build on hunches. Our staff, with experience coaching everyone from youth athletes to pros, turn research findings into product decisions.
Load monitoring
What the research found
Predicting injuries from a single load ratio (ACWR) is risky: the ratio carries mathematical distortions, and the choice of metrics and time windows makes false positives likely.
In ATHCON
Instead of one ratio, ATHCON flags each athlete's sleep, fatigue and soreness against their own baseline over the previous 28 days.
The countermovement jump (CMJ) can track fatigue and supercompensation. In a meta-analysis of 151 studies and 531 effect sizes, the average value detected fatigue more sensitively than the best value.
In ATHCON
Log jump and other test results by date, then view each athlete's trend and team comparisons in charts.
A systematic review of 248 studies and 9,440 participants on the Yo-Yo tests. For sub-elite soccer players, a YYIR1 difference of roughly 92–138 m is considered a meaningful change.
In ATHCON
Store fitness test results, including the Yo-Yo test, and see each athlete's change from last time and position within the team automatically.
Readiness data an athlete enters is visible only to the coaches, staff and others the team has given access. Athletes see only their own data — never another athlete's. Access to the admin screens is restricted too.
Encrypted connections
All communication with the app is encrypted (HTTPS).
Passwords we can't read
Passwords are stored in a form that can't be turned back into the original (hashed), so not even we know them.
No card numbers stored
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store credit card numbers.
Where it's stored, and on what terms
Personal data is stored on cloud services run by US companies (Vercel and MongoDB). AI providers are used on terms that they don't train their own AI models on the data entered.
